Formula 1 is now on its official summer shutdown after 13 Grands Prix in the first half of the season.
It's a time for teams to recharge and take stock of where they need to improve and gear up for the final push to Abu Dhabi.
But what goes on in the factory during the shutdown? What are teams allowed to do and what are they banned from doing?
