Fernando Alonso has completed his first official track runs with Aston Martin ahead of the team's 2023 launch.
The Spaniard – who joins the squad on a multi-year contract – got behind the wheel of the AMR22 for a Pirelli tyre test at the Jerez circuit on 7 February.
As well as getting some time on track, Alonso has also spoken about the challenge ahead in footage released by Aston Martin.
The two-time World Champion voiced his belief that the project is a "winning one".
Aston Martin will launch their 2023 challenger on 13 February at Silverstone.
